Tell us about your role at RAM? What do you like most about it?

My role is to lead, mentor and support the Quality Management and Inspection Services team and growth opportunities for RAM. I’m a Quality geek, so encouraging positive change and leading continuous improvement for both RAM and our Clients is what I enjoy.

What do you find most challenging at RAM?

The Quality and Inspections team has doubled in size since I started earlier this year so keeping up with the continued growth has been a good challenge to have.

What is your favorite part about working at RAM?

The amazing people and truly feeling like you are part of a family and not just another employee with a number.

What advice would you give to recent new hires?

Take advantage of every experience you are given and be willing to work outside of your comfort zone. Sometimes it may not be your first choice but there will be growth within the experience which you may not have otherwise had. This will prepare you for future career aspirations.

What are 3 career lessons you’ve learned this far?

    1. Learning never stops so don’t try to be the smartest person in the room – always continue to grow.
    2. Question the completion of tasks that don’t speak to the voice of the Clients – work smarter not harder.
    3. Trust with colleagues and Clients occur naturally when they know you are listening – talk less, listen more.

What do you like to do on your days off?

Exploring or experiencing something new with my husband and kids.  The most relaxing days off are when there is no schedule.
