Although my role is specific to Project Services, I will be supporting RAM’s growth into the Prairies. The initial challenge with my new role will be building RAM’s brand in a new province, so I’m excited to be attending industry events in Alberta and giving back to the communities through philanthropic efforts.”

Marnie formerly held the role of Senior Manager, Quality & Inspections, overseeing RAM’s growing Quality & Inspections team in BC. When asked what she most enjoyed about working at RAM, she said “the ability to make professional aspirations a reality and the people at RAM – they make it FUN to come to work!”

As a quality management professional with over 15 years of experience, Marnie’s career advice is to “embrace situations when you feel vulnerable or uncomfortable, your next opportunity for growth is about to begin if you do.” As for Marnie’s goals for the upcoming year, her focus at work is to support RAM’s growth in Alberta, but personally she has other goals. “Personally, I have some bucket list items to check off including sky diving.”
