Tell us about your role at RAM? What do you like most about it?
As the IT Team Lead Systems Admin, I’m responsible for everything IT including hardware, software, accounts, security and support. What I enjoy the most is the challenge of automating and improving processes.
What do you find most challenging at RAM?
Keeping all the projects straight in my mind, including who is where.
What advice would you give to recent new hires?
Be prepared to mix a healthy dose of fun into your workdays.
