2025 Presidential Award Winners

At RAM, we take pride in celebrating team members who showcase outstanding performance, dedication, and impactful contributions in their roles. The Presidential Award is our way of recognizing individuals who inspire their colleagues, live our core values, and help make RAM an even better place to be.

Each year, we spotlight the strengths across our team through three award categories – Standout Performer, Future Thinker, and Everyday Hero.

Standout Performer Award: Bernabe De Guzman, AScT, CPWI – Civil Inspector III

This award recognizes an individual who consistently exceeds expectations through exceptional technical skills, initiative, and professionalism.

Bernabe’s reliability and willingness to support his colleagues have made him an indispensable member of the team. His leadership in the field continually reinforces RAM’s reputation for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, earning praise from clients and strengthening trust among contractors, consultants, and coworkers.

He is a true relationship‑builder. Bernabe brings people together, encourages collaboration, and helps create project environments where everyone feels valued and able to succeed. His willingness to share his knowledge and his natural, uplifting positivity make him someone others genuinely enjoy working with.

Despite working mostly remotely, Bernabe remains deeply connected to the team. His regular updates, photos, and thoughtful messages brighten our days and remind us that strong teamwork can thrive across any distance.  Bernabe’s dedication, integrity, and generous spirit make him an extraordinary ambassador for our organization.

Everyday Hero Award: Sara Mokhtari – Lead, Inspection Services

Sara leads with purpose, authenticity, and commitment to excellence. She sets the tone for professionalism, quality, and collaboration, inspiring those around her through her actions and her high standards.

Sara is also a generous mentor; she guides junior inspectors and contractors through complex procedures and ensures best practices and updated standards are shared across teams.

Her commitment to safety is exemplary. Sara proactively identifies risks, reinforces safety protocols, and champions a work environment where people feel respected, supported, and included. Sara is an incredible asset to RAM, and we’re so proud to recognize the impact she makes every day.

Future Thinker Award: Hermilo Ortega, MBA, MSE – Manager, Software Engineer

This award recognizes an individual whose creativity, vision, and innovation shape the future of RAM and drives our success.

The 2025 Future Thinker Award recognizes Hermilo for his outstanding contributions to RAM, marked by innovation, technical expertise, and leadership in IT systems development.

Hermilo has introduced a creative and forward‑thinking approach to his role, most notably through the development of an internal integrated IT system. This system is designed to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen information management across the organization. By integrating AI-driven capabilities and tailoring the platform to RAM’s operational needs, he has delivered a solution that significantly elevates efficiency and improves project delivery performance. His work positions RAM as an innovative leader in the industry.

Hermilo’s creativity, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to excellence distinguish him as a key contributor whose efforts generate lasting impact across the organization. His contributions exemplify the forward‑looking spirit celebrated by the Future Thinker Award.
