Ting You Koh promoted to Manager, Civil and Geotechnical Engineering, at RAM
Vancouver, British Columbia, May 2026 – RAM is pleased to announce that Ting You Koh has been promoted to Manager, Civil and Geotechnical Engineering.
Ting You is a dynamic leader who brings a combination of engineering, project management and executive leadership experience to RAM. A graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration from SFU’s Beedie School of Business, he also holds his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
Before joining RAM, Ting You spent close to 18 years as an Armour Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces. The experiences from his various command and staff appointments instilled in him a servant leadership approach and an instinct for building high-performing teams. Since joining RAM in 2022, he applied those same values as a Project Manager, delivering infrastructure projects for clients including BC Hydro, Trans Mountain, the City of Vancouver, and the City of New Westminster. Concurrently over the past 3 years, he served as the Business Manager for RAM’s Geotechnical Engineering, fostering integration across the Civil and Geotechnical Engineering teams to drive further growth for RAM.

In his new role, Ting You will lead RAM’s combined Civil and Geotechnical Engineering team, with a focus on integrated service delivery, team development, and the execution of complex infrastructure projects across Western Canada.
This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his leadership, his dedication to his team, and his commitment to RAM’s continued growth.
