Project Description

This development consisted of eighteen single-family lots.  Originally located within the agricultural land reserve–a provincial zone where agriculture and fertile land are protected–this project was a catalyst for developments in the area with great views and privacy.

Our Role

RAM’s team members were involved with the project from initiation to completion.  The scope of our team’s work included:

• Thorough planning;
• Subdivision/Rezoning and DP applications;
• Off-site and on-site civil designs;
• Comprehensive project management;
• Storm water supervision and management.
