Project Description
This three-year project consisted of the construction of a 13.6M-litre underground water holding reservoir within Meagan Anne MacDougall Park in Surrey, B.C. The scope included the construction of two reservoir cells, the main valve control chamber, access structures, and tie-ins to the Greater Vancouver Water District and City of Surrey’s systems.
On completion of commissioning, the project reinstated and remediated a local park and public use playground.
