Project Description

• This Multi family development consisted of two duplex buildings with four units.
• This layout was a first of its kind in Mission where the development looked and felt like a townhome development.

Our Role

RAM was retained for land engineering services during this project. Our team was involved directly from the planning stages, providing continued support well into detailed design and completion.  Our tasks involved:

• General planning;
• Overseeing subdivision & rezoning applications;
• Providing off-site and on-site civil designs;
• Overall project management services, including representation, communication, and stakeholder engagement;
• Storm water management and additional geotechnical analyses;
• Construction management services;
• Electrical streetlight design.
