This project involved a multi-family development consisting of fifty-six-units, within the Cedar Valley area of Mission, B.C.

This is a highly sought-after, ideal housing development area with surrounding infill and green field residential developments.

Our Role

RAM was involved with the project from the planning stages, with continued support into detailed design and completion.  The scope of our work included:

• Thorough planning and strategizing;
• Rezoning & DP applications;
• Off-site and on-site civil design;
• Comprehensive project management;
• Construction management;
• Electrical streetlight design;
• Underground BCH.
