Project Description

Port Moody, B.C., is a small city outside of Vancouver that continues to be a much-coveted place to live thanks to its welcoming community, its celebrated arts scene, and its proximity to walkable nature reserves.

In 2017, a project was approved for the development of six single-family lots, which were located in a desirable area of Port Moody.  The project served as a stepping stone for other developers in the area, and was one of the largest and newest developments to encompass the small, compact infill lot zoning.

Our Role

Our engineering teams at RAM were contracted to provide many services for the project, and were involved from its initiation to completion.  Our scope of work included:

• Drafting subdivision & rezoning applications;
• ESC design & monitoring;
• Creating off-site and on-site civil designs;
• Storm water management for the land development;
• Project management and construction management responsibilities.
