National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and RAM’s Scholarship for Indigenous Youth

RAM is taking time to recognize the importance of today.

All staff are encouraged to wear orange to support Orange Shirt Day reiterating that Every Child Matters. To commemorate the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, we continue to advance RAM’s awareness and understanding to play an active role to increase awareness and reconciliation that is needed.

In an effort to support advancement for Indigenous communities and further reconciliation, we are pleased to initiate RAM’s annual Scholarship for Indigenous Youth today. This year we will support three Indigenous communities with $2000 grants, with preference for students that are pursuing engineering, inspection or construction and project management fields of study.

RAM honours and extends our deepest sympathy to those children, their families, and Survivors of the Residential School system and the generations of Indigenous people who have been deeply affected by Residential Schools.
