2026 Pay Transparency Report

Introduction

This report reflects compensation data for RAM Consulting (RAM) employees during the reporting period and has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the British Columbia Pay Transparency Act.

Pay transparency reporting helps organizations better understand their workforce and identify trends that may otherwise go unnoticed. While the resulting data does not, on its own, explain the reasons behind pay gaps, it provides insight into workforce representation and compensation outcomes across an organization.

At RAM we review this information annually and use it as one of several tools to inform compensation practices, talent development strategies, workforce planning, and succession planning. As our organization continues to grow, understanding these trends helps us identify opportunities to strengthen our practices and better support our employees throughout their careers.

Understanding the Data

Pay transparency reporting measures earnings across an organization’s entire workforce. A reported pay gap does not necessarily indicate that employees are paid differently for performing the same work. Instead, it reflects differences in overall earnings and can be influenced by factors such as workforce representation, job type, level of responsibility, tenure, overtime, or other earning opportunities.

The data provides a starting point for further review. It helps RAM identify where additional analysis may be useful and supports informed conversations about compensation, advancement opportunities, workforce planning, and representation.
