RAM’s Role

RAM’s geotechnical team is proud to be a part of the development team for Townline’s Sussex Mixed-Use Tower and Townhouse Complex. RAM’s geotechnical team has been involved in a subsurface investigation comprising auger and odex drilling, dynamic cone penetration test (DCPT)soundings and failing head permeability tests. A tied back shotcrete shoring system, measuring up to 90 feet in height, was designed to support temporary excavation cuts. Inclinometers were installed on the shoring walls to monitor for deformations during construction.
