Our mutual success is realized through the understanding that, for Indigenous communities, the mechanism for growth is dependent on economic participation, afforded by employment, training and/or Indigenous business opportunities.
RAM also supports Indigenous communities through donations to community events, participating in career fairs, renting office space to support economic development overheads, and by actively seeking new ways to connect and work with Indigenous communities.
