Project Description

RAM’s role included:

• Updating previous estimates of the project (earthworks, concrete and tunnels).
• Creating equipment models in order to determine operation and maintenance costs and developed a labour model compatible with HCSS specific to the location and conditions of the project.
• Researching and performing cost benefit analysis on several formwork, concrete and tunnel excavation systems.
