Project Description

This project consists of the construction of a new utility building and associated underground utility installation to support a future utility upgrade to the East Gate Operations buildings. The new building includes new electrical service and distribution equipment, new raw water line, sanitary line with tie-in to existing manhole, installation of new electrical service and associated underground conduit installation to both maintain existing services and to prepare for future phases of construction.

RAM’s Role

RAM is providing Field Engineering services for the prime contractor and their subcontractors, encompassing:

• Overseeing compliance of installation specifications and drawings
• Ensuring all inspection and test records are complete
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation and record-keeping
