Project Description
This Banff project consisted of the construction of a new utility building and associated underground utility installations to support future upgrades to the East Gate Operations buildings. The development now includes several new features: distribution equipment, a raw water line, a sanitary line with tie-ins to existing manholes, and the installation of new electrical service and associated underground conduits.
These features will both maintain existing services, and prepare for future phases of construction.
Our Role
RAM provided field engineering services for the prime contractor and their subcontractors, which included:
- overseeing compliance of installation specifications and drawings;
- ensuring all inspection and test records are complete;
- maintaining thorough and accurate documentation and record-keeping.
