Marnie Williams promoted to Senior Director, Major Projects, at RAM
Calgary, Alberta, May 2026 – RAM is pleased to announce that Marnie Williams has been promoted to Senior Director, Major Projects and Programs.
Marnie brings over 20 years of experience in quality management and major project delivery across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors. Since joining RAM in 2021, she has progressed through multiple leadership roles, driving the growth and execution of the firm’s Major Projects portfolio across Western Canada.
Her experience includes oversight of large-scale infrastructure projects valued up to $2 billion, including the BC Hydro Transmission and Distribution Project Delivery program, Vancouver Airport Fuel Delivery Project, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority’s Centerm Expansion project, and the New St. Paul’s Hospital. She has led quality management systems, project audits, and operational improvements to support consistent, high-quality delivery on complex projects.
Recognized for her collaborative approach and ability to build lasting client relationships, Marnie exemplifies leadership through coaching, clear communication, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. She partners closely with executives and stakeholders alike to drive innovation, productivity, and performance across RAM’s Major Projects group.
