Project Description

Metro Vancouver’s Survey and Inspection sector is often involved in the analysis of new water and sewer infrastructure construction, as well as proximal inspection of existing facilities such as pipelines, chambers and pump stations.

Metro Vancouver’s Water and Liquid Waste departments required services from engineering consultants to inspect selected both construction projects and proximal works on an as-needed basis.

Our Role

RAM was retained by Metro Vancouver to provide quality control and assurance inspection on work constructed by external contractors for small, medium, and large construction projects. Our quality and inspection team was responsible for many tasks, including:

• Road widening;
• Electrical conduit installation;
• Excavation/bulk excavation;
• Storm sewer installation;
• Adjustments to Metro Vancouver appurtenances.
