Project Description

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI) widened Mt. Lehman Road from a 2 lane Collector Road to a 4 lane Highway for approximately 6 kilometers. The project also consisted of extension of Marshall Road from Mt. Lehman Road.

RAM’s Role

Our scope of work included QC Plan Review consisting of checklists and ITP, site surveillance, review of QC test reports, preparing bi-weekly QC summary reports, assisting in closing out identified nonconformances and attending weekly construction meetings with MoTI. Key challenges included working in and around fish bearing streams and wet lands, maintaining access to private residences and traffic control considerations on a busy collector road (Mt.
