Our Role

RAM was retained in a construction management role for this project.  Our team’s duties included:

• Updating previous estimates of the project (earthworks, concrete and tunnels);
• Creating equipment models in order to determine operation and maintenance costs;
• Developing a labour model compatible with HCSS, specific to the location and conditions of the project;
• Researching and performing cost/benefit analysis on several formwork, concrete and tunnel excavation systems.
