Project Description

RAM is providing electrical quality assurance and project coordination support for the Silver Trail Highway Water Treatment Plant (STH WTP) project in the Keno Hill Silver District, Yukon. The project consists of three primary work areas: the Upper Bench Water Treatment Plant, Lower Bench pond infrastructure, and associated pipeline systems. The electrical scope includes power distribution, MCC and PLC integration, instrumentation and controls, heat tracing, field equipment, substation infrastructure, backup power systems, and commissioning support. 

RAM’s Role

RAM is providing electrical quality assurance oversight, installation verification, documentation management, turnover readiness, and coordination support throughout project execution. RAM’s responsibilities include:

• Provide quality assurance oversight for the electrical scope.
• Verify electrical installation activities.
• Support implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Track inspection records and manage turnover documentation.
• Coordinate between construction, engineering, vendors, and owner representatives.
• Support commissioning readiness through project handover.
