Project Description
The Government of the British Virgin Islands sought to expand Terrance B. Lettsome Airport with an expanded runway to support a B737-800 or an Airbus A-320 along with an upgraded terminal, taxiway and apron. The design-build project included upgraded lighting, all surface drainage works, upgrade of an airport access road, new parking lots and a fixed-based operator terminal for private jets with direct marine access.
RAM’s Role
RAM was retained by JV Driver International to lead the technical and update the financial estimate for the design-build proposal. Technical experts, including Louis Berger were assembled from across North America.
