Project Description

In 2022, Robert B. Somerville completed pipeline installations in the Ontario regions of Oshawa, Whitby, and Bradford, for TC Energy.

Our Role

RAM provided CWB certified inspectors to complete weld inspections to ensure that the installation of all work complies with design and welding procedure specifications.  This included:

• Witnessing welder qualifications;
• Monitoring and recording weld preparation;
• Examining and recording results of in process welds;
• Ensuring weld repairs are complete as per specifications;
• Completing final visual weld inspections and recording results.
