RAM Promotes Christine Tschetter to Vice President, Projects & Practice
VANCOUVER, BC – July 2026
RAM is pleased to announce the promotion of Christine Tschetter to the role of Vice President of Projects & Practice, recognizing her leadership in building strong teams, expanding RAM’s service capabilities, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Christine joined RAM eight years ago as a Commercial Manager, when the team consisted of just over a dozen employees. As new business needs emerged, she took on the leadership of our newly established Inspection Services department and helped grow it into Project Services, which expanded to include Document Control, Quality, and Safety Management.
Under Christine’s leadership, the group became an important part of RAM’s ability to deliver integrated project services and support clients across a wide range of infrastructure projects.
“Christine has already proven that she can grow strong teams and strategically turn opportunity into lasting results,” said Joe Di Placito, President of RAM. “I’m so proud of what Christine has accomplished and very happy to see her take this next step.”
Throughout her time at RAM, Christine has supported several significant projects, including the Vancouver Airport Fuel Delivery Project, where she served as Contracts Manager. She also held Project Sponsor roles on the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority’s Centerm Terminal Expansion Project, City of Richmond’s Engineering Inspection Services Project, and FortisBC’s Pattullo Gasline Replacement Project.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biological Science from the University of Alberta, along with a Program Management Certificate from the North Alberta Institute of Technology.
In her new role, Christine will lead the newly formed Projects & Practice division, which integrates Project Services and Project Delivery. The division will focus on discipline-led and recurring assignments across areas such as Geotechnical Engineering, Quality and Inspection, Safety Management, and Project Management, while working alongside RAM’s Major Projects & Programs division.
This promotion underscores Christine’s leadership, focus, and trust she has built with clients and colleagues throughout her career at RAM. Her ability to identify opportunities, develop strong teams, and turn emerging services into lasting capabilities will continue to support RAM’s growth and the delivery of high-quality work for its clients.
