Project Description
RAM was retained to provide civil engineering services for the design of a parking lot with a footprint estimated to be just under one hectare in size.
The parking lot is now a one-way, single-lane traffic flow with entrance at the south end, and exit at the north end. It is designed to accommodate ten gravel surfaced parking stalls, and comprises a fifty- to sixty-metre long lane which includes a paved entrance, and exit aprons and barriers for separation from road shoulder. Other features include associated safety and park signage, including an information shelter at the trail interface.
