Thomas Bekenn, P.Eng., PMP, promoted to Manager, Project Management, at RAM
Vancouver, British Columbia, October 2025 – RAM is proud to announce that Thomas Bekenn has been promoted to Manager of Project Management.
Since joining RAM in 2022, Thomas has played a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects across Western Canada, including Metro Vancouver’s North Surrey Interceptor Capital Upgrades Program, Front Street Pressure Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation, New Westminster’s Interceptor Columbia Rehabilitation, and the Fraser River Debris Recovery Project, where he coordinated emergency flood debris removal across multiple rivers in BC.
Thomas is recognized for his leadership in managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. His expertise spans hydropower, dams, water resources, civil construction, municipal infrastructure and mining.

In his new role, Thomas will be be based out of the Vancouver office and will continue to lead complex infrastructure programs while mentoring teams to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
