RAM works for both Contractors and Owners, allowing our PMT an insightful 360° scope, accurately evaluating contracts and assessing risks. Our PMT act as an extension of your team, from representing your organization at meetings to acting as the main point of contact for your project. Our PMT is comfortable working in our client’s offices, and with their internal tools and templates. We have added value to our current and past clients by evaluating their internal tools and templates upon on-boarding to the organization to see where potential improvements and/or efficiencies can be made. We understand that project management resource requirements can change based on variations in large or one-off projects that are added to normal capital/maintenance/day-to-day project load. Our PMT can be engaged on an as-needed basis, supplementing our client’s team for delivery of an entire project, or a specified scope of a project, to help allow in-house project managers to focus on the regular project delivery responsibilities. Every RAM project has a project-specific Project Management Plan (PMP) written for it. The PMP demonstrates our team’s understanding, commitment, and ability to manage issues related to the project. The PMP allows RAM to document our client’s/the project’s “Why”, acting as the baseline for delivery of the project, and is developed as the project progresses.
