At RAM, we understand that project management resource requirements can change based on variations in both large or one-off projects that are added to normal capital/maintenance/day-to-day project load. Our team can be relied upon on an as-needed basis to supplement our clients’ teams for the delivery of an entire project, or a specified scope of a project to enable in-house project managers to focus on their regular project delivery responsibilities.

Every RAM project includes a written, specific Project Management Plan which demonstrates our team’s understanding, commitment, and full competency in managing each project. The Project Management Plan allows RAM to document the project’s needs and our clients’ questions, acting as the baseline for how we will deliver the scope of work.
